Today was a fun family day for the Bells. Bubba and Nana left early in the morning after spending a few days with us (thanks for helping so much with Parker!), then we went to the Relay for Life event at the Hillsboro stadium. Relay for Life is a cancer survivor/awareness event that goes on for 24 hours straight. One of Nate's clients helped put on the event/is a survivor herself. She even got Parker his own little shirt:) He conked out in his stroller after an event-filled morning.
In the afternoon we took a family nap together-a rare event these days!
Tomorrow we are going to scope out our new home and see what kinds of cleaning/painting projects we can get started on. As of June 22nd, we are the owners of a second house! Its exciting to think we'll be living in Portland once again and that we will be close to our church community and family. Now if only we could get the rest of the family to move to Portland. . . . . ;)- We still need to sell our current home, so be praying that the right buyers come along soon!
