The Bell fam spent Saturday evening hanging out in Portland's historic Pearl district. Parker enjoyed his dinner with a gorgeous view of some cool condos after splashing in the fountain while wearing his new camo hat and sandals. His feet are a toddler size 5 somehow and are so chubby that the sandals left indentations in his feet! Atleast they are cute!
